Please ask any questions you may have before the time of purchase because returns can be very costly.

In the event you want to make a return you must call to get an RGA#.

There will be a 20% restock fee depending upon how the product arrives. Your credit will be given after the product arrives back and is inspected.

The customer must always pay freight both ways. That will be your responsibility.

Please do not refuse any product.

If you choose to cancel an order, please call us for the proper RGA #.

There will be no returns made after 30 days of purchase.

Custom items will be non-returnable.

Item must be un-used to be returnable. All used, dirty, scratched items can not be returned. We must be able to re-sell the product.

In the event the item is damaged, you must call to notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You must also sign your truck bill as damaged. Otherwise we will not be able to ship you out a replacement at no charge.

    What if we do not find the product we are looking for?
    We are able to manufacture products not seen on the web site. Please call us or e mail us with the product you need.
    Are you able to make changes to the chairs?
    We are able to customize almost anything. If you see a chair you like but need to make small changes please let us know. We build everything from scratch, so making small changes is something we do on a daily basis.
    What is your shipping lead time?
    Lead times are 3-5 days for most items. If you need an item shipped quicker please call us. In most cases we can ship out your item in 1-2 days if you call to notify us.
    What is your warranty?
    We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products. We will continue to service your product after your warranty period. Most issues after the warranty period can be solved with purchasing an inexpensive warranty part.
